Support claims customers and operators from Couche-Tard/Circle K’s Laval distribution center, using telephone service and administrative coordination. This permanent full time position works on site.

Reporting to the Claims Manager, the Claims Customer Service Agent handles bodily injury, property damage, third-party property, and car fleet claims. You will coordinate files, follow established protocols, and communicate with operations, clients, insurers, and claims adjusters. Strong customer service, organization, and Office suite skills are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as contact for operators and customers regarding insurance claims
- Coordinate claim files, including billing and reimbursements
- Follow up with operations, clients, insurers, and claims adjusters




- Handle telephone complaints related to customer service claims
- Answer calls and emails and support Insurance and Claims administration

Requirements:

- DEC in secretarial or administration studies
- At least one year of relevant telephone customer service experience
- Administrative support experience considered an asset
- Excellent command of the Office suite
- Advanced spoken and written French and English required
