Lead food and beverage shipping operations at Sea to Sky Gondola, combining inventory control, purchasing, and hands-on warehouse leadership.

The Shipping Supervisor oversees daily receiving, shipping, stock management, purchasing, and warehouse organization. Reporting to the Executive Chef, this position works with culinary leadership across seasonal operations. You will supervise seasonal team members, maintain accurate systems, and support uninterrupted Food and Beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage receiving, shipping, storage, stock rotation, and inventory control
- Place supplier orders according to needs, menus, and par levels
- Verify deliveries, reconcile invoices, and maintain purchase orders
- Supervise, train, schedule, and coach seasonal shipping team members




- Maintain organized storage areas and secure operating standards

Requirements:

- Experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory, purchasing, or logistics
- Experience with suppliers, ordering, inventory systems, and invoice processing
- Strong organization, accuracy, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid BC Class 5 licence, clean record, and FoodSafe Level 1
