LyvWell Apartments in New Westminster, BC, is seeking a Property Manager to supervise daily ops of an apartment community, including leasing, maintenance, and administration. You will lead on-site staff and ensure outstanding resident service.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor contracts, regulatory compliance, marketing coordination, move-ins/outs, and reporting to Regional Manager. This is an in office role requiring a High School Diploma or higher and 3–4 years of supervisory property
