Support patient daily living needs as a Health Care Aide at Westlock Continuing Care, working collaboratively across home, community, and health care facilities.

This regular part time Health Care Aide position supports patients, residents, and clients requiring short-term assistance or ongoing support. You will work with families, caregivers, nurses, and regulated health professionals. Care follows patient plans, facility policies, and established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal assistance with activities of daily living
- Support hygiene, nutrition, mobility, recreation, and safety needs
- Assist nurses with routine patient care
- Observe and report patient mood, health, and wellbeing

Requirements:

- Active or eligible CLHA registration or practice permit
- Health Care Aide classification and required authorization
- Proof of education or Health Care Aide Certificate within eighteen months
