About the Role

We're looking for an organized, phone-confident Sales Coordinator to bring discipline and follow-through to our sales engine. You'll be the person who keeps opportunities moving: staying in regular contact with clients, keeping our CRM accurate, tracking every quote, and making sure our weekly pipeline meeting runs on current, reliable data.





This role supports our entire sales team across all business lines, reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing. It's also a real growth path toward inside sales for the right person.

What You'll Do

- Make daily calls and check-ins with active and dormant client accounts, including reconnecting with clients we haven't spoken to in a while
- Keep chance records current in ConnectWise: owner, stage, value, probability, next step and next-touch date
- Prepare and update the pipeline tracker and dashboard ahead of our weekly sales meeting, capture commitments, and follow action items through to close
- Make sure every issued quote has a follow-up date so no proposal goes stale
