JOB SUMMARY

Processing and monitoring payments, expenditures, invoices and receivables.



Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure TSD finances are accurate and up to date and produced monthly, and that vendors and suppliers are paid within established time limits.

This position is responsible for the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems. This position also may reconcile GST reports and perform research and analysis of accounts when requested.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

Reports to the TSD Director.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable and banking transactions to ensure accounts are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner utilizing the OKIB’s accounting system
- Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
- Verify that transactions comply with financial administration bylaw, policies and procedures
- Verify and process invoices and coding
