Operate a front-end loader at Bedford Ready Mix’s Dartmouth plant, moving aggregates safely and supporting concrete production. Full-time work is based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

As a Loader Operator with Bedford Ready Mix and OSCO Concrete, you will manage aggregate movement, stockpiles, and plant support. Your work helps maintain accurate blends for consistent concrete production. The position requires equipment inspections, mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, and communication with plant operators and drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transport aggregate materials between stockpiles, bins, and hoppers
- Maintain accurate material blends for concrete production
- Inspect, clean, and maintain operating equipment
- Organize yards, manage inventory,



and complete housekeeping
- Communicate with plant operators, drivers, and team members

Requirements:

- Previous heavy equipment operating experience preferred
- Ready-Mix Concrete or aggregate experience considered an asset
- Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Mechanical aptitude and equipment inspection familiarity
- Reliable transportation and versatile availability required
