As a Brand Experience Key Holder, you will help deliver the sales plan through store and operational tasks. You will guide associates, model selling behaviors, and create genuine consumer connections. The work includes product demonstrations, personalized recommendations, feedback, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as leader on duty when scheduled
- Set daily direction and shift goals for associates
- Demonstrate selling behaviors and elevated product knowledge
- Complete opening, closing, shipment, and deposit routines
- Execute floorsets, windows, visual presentation, and marketing placement

Requirements:

- Consumer-first retail experience and selling culture skills
- Demonstrated sales, consumer experience, and operational results
- Effective communication, feedback, and quick adaptability
- Ability to coach and de-escalate situations
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
