We are a well-established Ontario-based Labour and Employment Law firm with a large client base across a variety of different sectors. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a diverse caseload of labour and employment matters
- Provide strategic advice to employer clients
- Draft pleadings, contracts, policies, and legal opinions
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitration boards
- Conduct legal research and prepare written submissions
- Handle files independently from intake to resolution

Qualifications

- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- 4+ years of experience in labour and employment law (preferred)
- Solid drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong client communication and relationship-building abilities
