As Softgoods Supervisor, you will oversee assigned departments and their day-to-day operations. You will train Associates, communicate policies, replenish merchandise, and support cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure high customer service levels across assigned departments
- Oversee daily department operations and merchandise replenishment

Requirements:

- One to three years of retail management experience
- Proven motivation and team leadership ability
