Lead dairy production, root cause analysis, and safety at Lactalis Canada’s Winchester, Ontario plant. This relief position covers all shifts in a 24/7 operation.

The Production Supervisor (Relief) oversees butter, cheese, and powder operations while supporting production targets and employee activities. You will manage resources, address operating issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The position also supports scheduling, quality, yield, cost containment, sanitation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily butter, cheese, and powder production operations
- Analyze root causes and execute corrective actions
- Lead health and safety hazard identification, training, and audits
- Provide work direction, feedback,



and development recommendations
- Ensure GMP, S.O.P.s, sanitation, and product specifications

Requirements:

- College diploma or university degree preferred
- Minimum two years of food production supervision experience
- Dairy, food, or pharmaceutical production leadership experience
- Robust analytical, planning, communication, and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to cover all shifts in a 24/7 operation
