This Construction Surveyor / Estimator combines field surveying, estimating, and project support. You will work with operations and project management teams on excavation, sewer and water infrastructure, earthworks, and gravel projects. The work includes measurements, calculations, documentation, and planning support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform construction layout and field surveying using GPS equipment
- Establish project control points and verify construction elevations
- Complete quantity takeoffs and field measurements for estimates
- Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions




- Maintain survey records, reports, and project documentation

Requirements:

- Experience in construction surveying, civil construction, or estimating
- Proficiency operating GPS, total stations, or similar equipment
- Understanding of surveying principles, layouts, and quantity calculations
- AutoCAD or Civil 3D experience considered an asset
- Valid Class 5 licence and reliable transportation
