Deliver polished guest service as a Server at Blaze Restaurant within Grey Eagle Resort & Casino on Tsuut’ina First Nation. Use POS expertise and menu knowledge daily.

Reporting to Food and Beverage leadership, this Server role may support Blaze Restaurant, the Bingo Hall, Buffet, Gaming Floor, or Hot Dog Cart. You will present menus, recommend food and beverage items, and create positive dining experiences. Accuracy, hygiene, safety, and communication remain central to service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide guest service aligned with company standards and brand attributes
- Enter food and beverage orders accurately into POS systems
- Serve items efficiently and maintain ready, clean tables
- Balance sales receipts and support inventory control
- Follow casino, AGLC,



and workplace safety procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma and valid Alberta Pro Serve Certificate
- Required POS system experience and one to two years serving
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Availability for shift work and extended periods standing
- Ability to work smoking environments and lift approximately 50 pounds
