Provide resident-focused nursing care as a Registered Practical Nurse in Bradford, Ontario, working permanent part-time day shifts for 30 hours weekly.

Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Practical Nurse supports residents at Bradford Valley Community. The position requires nursing care, resident assessment, communication, and supervision. Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care within established policies and resident plans
- Deliver excellent nursing and personal care
- Communicate with residents, families, and staff effectively
- Oversee resident care and guide assigned staff
- Supervise Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members

Requirements:

- Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with Ontario College of Nurses
- Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset
- Valuable judgment and ability to identify risk
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid work permit
- Successful Vulnerable Sector or applicable Criminal Record Check
