As a Fashion Designer, you will help evolve PENN. collections through a distinct creative perspective and customer understanding. You will interpret fashion, cultural and consumer influences while partnering with Design, Merchandising and key partners. Your work will span concepts, silhouettes, colours, fabrics, fittings and final execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design seasonal assortments aligned with PENN. and customer objectives
- Translate trends into silhouettes, colour stories, fabrics and details
- Develop sketches, garment concepts and design packages
- Guide fittings and reviews through fit, proportion and construction




- Own creative execution across assigned categories

Requirements:

- Fashion Design degree or diploma, or related education
- Three to five years of relevant fashion design experience
- Understanding of fit, proportion, silhouette, colour and construction
- Experience creating sketches, concepts, packages and presentations
- French and English bilingualism for partner communication
