As Postmaster, you will serve as Canada Post’s community-facing leader in Okotoks, Alberta. Reporting to the Superintendent or Local Area Manager, you will promote postal products, administer operations, and support mail delivery. The position requires English and French bilingualism, public-facing retail experience, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with the local community about Canada Post services
- Sell and promote postal products to customers and businesses
- Administer operations, retail hours, and delivery expectations
- Manage postal revenue, assets, values, records, and reports
- Supervise, train, and assess staff performance

Requirements:

- Bilingual English and French language capability
- High School Diploma or provincial equivalency
- Experience leading and directing teams
- Retail or service experience with sales and cash transactions
- Ability to lift mail containers up to 50 pounds
