Forbes Bros. Group of Companies seeks an experienced civil construction professional to supervise distribution projects. Plan daily activities, coordinate resources, and adjust sequences while meeting safety, quality, schedule, and customer requirements. The full-time temporary position is on-site with project-based rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise excavation, trenching, concrete, foundations, duct banks, and restoration
- Coordinate crews, materials, tools, equipment, and daily work sequences
- Interpret drawings, specifications, work orders, and contract documents




- Lead secure practices and conduct quality control inspections
- Communicate progress, delays, and concerns to project management

Requirements:

- Minimum four years of civil construction experience
- Previous construction crew leadership or supervision experience
- Distribution civil construction experience across stated work areas
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and plan work sequences
- Valid driver’s license and required site certifications
