As a Server, you will support food service during events and banquet service while developing customer service and problem-solving skills. You will maintain menu knowledge, anticipate guest needs, and follow food safety and alcohol service procedures. Previous server or food service experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve food and beverages according to orders and banquet menus
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and available offerings
- Anticipate guest needs and provide excellent customer service
- Replenish food and beverage products during events
- Clean and sanitize service areas, workstations, and equipment

Requirements:

- Previous server or food service experience preferred
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
- Ability to obtain food safety certification
- Versatile availability, including evenings and weekends
