As a Technical Recruiter, you will own full-cycle hiring for engineering, QA, product, and other technical functions. You will partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruiting strategies. The work spans sourcing, assessment, interviews, offers, and closing candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own technical recruiting from sourcing through offer and close
- Partner with hiring managers on profiles and strategies
- Source and engage high-quality technical talent
- Build pipelines through outreach, networking, referrals, and tools
- Manage interviews and improve candidate experience

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience hiring across Canada and APAC
- Bilingual English and Mandarin communication skills
- Experience recruiting contract talent across APAC
- Robust sourcing, assessment, organization, and communication skills
