Lead aviation safety training at Executive Flight Centre in Terrace, coordinating instruction, compliance, and operational support. This is a full time permanent position.

The Safety and Training Supervisor reports to the Base Manager and coordinates training for EFC personnel. You will manage onboarding, recurrent instruction, competency assessments, safety processes, and audit documentation. The role supports airline customers, the Airport Authority, Transport Canada, and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate onboarding, testing, authorizations, and required training
- Deliver approved classroom, online, practical, and on job instruction
- Monitor competency, training currency, records, and corrective actions
- Coordinate safety meetings, orientations, audits, and incident follow up




- Maintain safety documents, equipment reviews, and training resources

Requirements:

- At least two years of relevant operational experience
- Airport security clearance, Class 5 license, and AVOP authorization
- Obtain Restricted Operator Certificate ROC A within 60 days
- Training, safety program, audit, or competency assessment experience preferred
- Robust communication, leadership, organizational, and Microsoft 365 skills
