Lead inventory support at Book Depot Inc. in Thorold, operating tow motors and supporting afternoon distribution centre operations onsite. Saturday availability is required.

This permanent, full time Team Leader supports the Group Leader and team members in a warehouse setting. You will handle books and inventory, coach colleagues, and help maintain productivity, accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement. The position requires computer use and English communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support team performance metrics, mentoring individual team members
- Operate tow motors to move inventory and orders safely
- Pick, store, load, and unload product pallets
- Coach, train, and onboard team members
- Maintain safe, organized, accurate book-handling operations

Requirements:

- Forklift operator experience is considered an asset
- Warehouse coaching, training, and mentoring experience is an asset
- Good computer understanding and English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement focus
- Ability to work independently within a team
