Build trading desk experience in Toronto with TD Securities, using financial analysis, valuation, and communication skills during a Winter internship.

This internship supports the Customized Solutions Group within TD Securities’ CAD Fixed Income group. You will assist customized derivatives trading activities while developing financial modeling, valuation, and problem-solving capabilities. The desk works across CAD, USD, and other G7 currencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Open and close books and P&L; daily
- Help book trades for the trading team
- Manage trade life-cycle events
- Verify documentation and security setup for recent trades
- Interact daily with support partners across business functions

Requirements:

- Current enrollment in a relevant post-secondary program
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Financial modeling and valuation ability
- Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders
- Python, SQL, VBA, or Bloomberg experience is a plus
