As a Key Lead, you will act as leader on duty while driving Conversion Rate and Average Order Value. Coach team members through real-time feedback, side-by-side guidance, and product knowledge. Execute the Knix selling model through active listening, fitting support, and recommendations. Support visual merchandising, inventory routines, and operational compliance while modeling inclusion, authenticity, respect, and mutual support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead shifts, huddles, openings, and store closings
- Drive sales goals, Conversion Rate, and Average Order Value
- Coach team members on selling techniques and product knowledge




- Execute fitting support and genuine product recommendations
- Maintain visual standards, inventory, and operational workflows

Requirements:

- One to two-plus years of retail experience
- Keyholder, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred
- Understanding of Conversion, Average Order Value, and Units Per Transaction
- Solid mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Canadian work authorization and ability to lift 25 pounds
