Winnipeg Regional Health Authority seeks a Staff Pharmacist for Pharmacy SOGH Liaison - Urgent Care. The pharmacist supports medication needs for hospital inpatients and outpatients under designated Pharmacy Manager supervision. Education, monitoring, and qualified communication are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide pharmacy services for hospital inpatients and outpatients
- Monitor pharmacotherapy and medication-related needs
- Deliver drug information and education
- Communicate professional information during urgent matters




- Plan work independently around demanding schedules

Requirements:

- Pharmacy credential from an accredited Canadian university program
- Licensed or eligible for licensing in Manitoba
- Hospital pharmacy practice experience preferred
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of information systems technology and software
