Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations alongside the hospital Leadership team
- Follow up on invoices and monitor payment
- Contact clients about payment terms and options
- Train current hires, client service staff, and Associates
- Coach teams and model respectful workplace behaviours

Requirements:

- Minimum two years in fast-paced client service
- Medical office experience considered an asset
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
