Lead Case Management initiatives through project management and operational analysis while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and provider oversight activities. This role supports emergency travel medical claims management operations.

Reporting to the Vice-President, Case Management, the Manager leads priority initiatives that strengthen service delivery, quality, efficiency, and partner relations. The work includes project leadership, process improvement, change management coordination, and operational analysis. It also develops oversight practices for Air Ambulance and Medical Escort providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead initiatives improving operational effectiveness, quality, scalability, and cost management
- Develop charters, project plans, timelines, accountabilities, and success measures
- Coordinate stakeholders, risks, dependencies, communications, training, and adoption planning
- Analyze operational trends, costs,



quality indicators, and process gaps
- Prepare governance tools, business cases, and decision documents

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in business, healthcare, management, operations, or related field
- Minimum five years’ project, operations, partner, healthcare, insurance, or assistance experience
- Solid project management, coordination, organization, and execution skills
- Experience analyzing operational data, costs, quality indicators, and process gaps
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
