As a customer-facing insurance professional, you will assist members with policy inquiries, changes, endorsements, renewals, billing questions, and coverage explanations. The role supports Sales through inbound leads, accurate policy updates, and thoughtful coverage recommendations. You will also help members navigate initial claims-related calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide service in person, by phone, and in writing
- Explain coverage and support policy-related client decisions
- Process updates, endorsements, renewals, and billing inquiries accurately




- Respond to leads and direct sales and service inquiries
- Maintain records, notes, and follow-up activities in company systems

Requirements:

- Three or more years of personal lines account service experience
- Valid OTL or RIBO license, eligible for Erie Mutual sponsorship
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, disciplined, and able to manage work independently
- Ability to defuse high-tension situations professionally
