As an Afternoon Shift Team Leader, you will support production operations within the Finishing & Packaging team. This position requires leadership experience, attention to detail, and organized execution. You will oversee packaging activities while maintaining regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate the Finishing & Packaging team
- Meet production goals through organized shift coordination
- Ensure regulatory and company standards remain compliant
- Oversee cannabis weighing and packaging activities
- Manage ERP inventory, orders, cleanliness, and documentation

Requirements:

- Previous experience leading or supervising a team
- High school diploma or equivalent completion
- Strong attention to packaging and documentation details
- Ability to meet deadlines in quick-paced environments
- Criminal records check clearance and own transportation
