As a Roofing Estimator, you will estimate replacement and recovery projects for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. The work involves reviewing plans, specifications, inspection reports, and existing roof conditions. You will address demolition, disposal, hidden damage, structural issues, and updated retrofit requirements while coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, project managers, sales, and estimating colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review plans, specifications, reports, and project documents
- Conduct site visits, core cuts, and moisture scans
- Identify structural issues,



water damage, and substrate repairs
- Prepare cost breakdowns, contingencies, and bid proposals
- Track scope changes and support project handoffs

Requirements:

- Three-plus years roofing estimating experience
- Re-roofing and retrofit project experience
- Commercial roofing systems and installation knowledge
- Blueprint, drawing, and roof report reading proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and deadline management ability
