Job Title: Legal Documentation Specialist

Duration: 12 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)

Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background

- 2–4 years of banking experience as a Financial Advisor, working with clients and demonstrating strong knowledge of banking products and services, including debit and credit, chequing and savings accounts, and core banking financial product knowledge.
- Legal experience is a very solid nice-to-have (HM's preference).

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Supporting client’s clients in managing their finances.
- Reviewing documents submitted by branch partners to ensure they meet legal requirements.
- Processing documents if accurate or following up when needed.

Must-Have Hard Skills

- Fully bilingual in English and French – written and verbal.
- 2–4 years of banking experience is required.
- Prior experience in an SLA-based role.
- MS 365 proficiency – Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Comfortable using AI technology.

Nice-to-Have

- Legal experience – working with legal government documents.
