This Senior Accountant, Financial Operations Suite role is also identified as Senior Bookkeeper. You will reconcile applications, bank accounts, credit cards, sales, and vendor statements while processing payroll and reviewing receivables and payables. The work includes reporting, tax filings, close processes, client collaboration, and colleague mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reconcile Dext, Wagepoint, Plooto, and other application data
- Reconcile QuickBooks Online bank accounts and credit card statements
- Process payroll and review payroll time entries




- Prepare GST, HST, PST, and T4 returns
- Support close processes, reporting, clients, and junior colleagues

Requirements:

- Bookkeeping certification or equivalent
- Two or more years in a similar role
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid attention to detail and independent teamwork
