This Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager and Manager In Training. You will help recruit, hire, train, and manage store personnel while pursuing sales goals and controlling expenses. The work includes customer service, loss prevention, company initiatives, and asset protection.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet store and personal sales goals and performance standards
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales team members
- Coach employees and enforce company policies and practices
- Manage daily operations during leadership absences
- Resolve customer issues and complete bank deposits

Requirements:

- Prior retail management experience preferred
- Six to twelve months of retail sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and forty-five hours weekly
- Ability to lift up to fifty pounds and stand long periods
