This Maintenance Personnel position supports protected, functional residences and equipment through hands-on upkeep. The work includes light carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, equipment maintenance, landscaping, and tenant communication. You will investigate deficiencies, prepare units for occupancy, and protect residents’ confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance for residences and equipment
- Perform minor building, electrical, plumbing, and equipment repairs
- Investigate deficiencies and equipment malfunctions, taking corrective action

Requirements:

- Experience as a maintenance worker

- Fire equipment knowledge and emergency response availability
- Valid provincial driver’s license and access to a vehicle
