Support patients at FYidoctors Grande Prairie using exceptional communication and computer skills in a full time clinic role open Monday through Saturday.

As a Patient Services Specialist, you will welcome patients and support their clinic experience. The position includes patient communication, pre-testing, appointment coordination, billing, eyewear service, and payments. Retail experience is considered an asset, while technology proficiency and adaptability support daily clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and manage clinic check-in and check-out
- Engage with patients in person, by phone, and email
- Perform pre-testing supporting comprehensive eye care
- Coordinate appointments, prescriptions, billing, and payments
- Manage eyewear pick-ups, repairs, and adjustments

Requirements:

- Previous retail experience considered an asset
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
- Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach
