Lead robotic and digital manufacturing solutions across Canada for ESAB Corporation, combining technical leadership with customer-facing application engineering.

The Technical Advanced Technology Solutions Manager leads ATS deployment, application, service, and support throughout the solution lifecycle. You will guide customers, channel partners, integrators, and internal teams across agricultural, construction, automotive, fabrication, manufacturing, and cladding industries. The position reports to Commercial ATS Canada and includes frequent domestic travel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical assessments, application development, and robotic solution implementation
- Develop concepts addressing production, quality, safety, and operational requirements
- Coordinate installations, commissioning, startups, and acceptance activities




- Resolve complex service issues while minimizing customer downtime
- Identify upgrades, retrofits, and continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, robotics, automation, or related field
- Minimum two years’ robotics, automation, applications, service, or support experience
- Industrial robotic systems and manufacturing automation experience
- Understanding of robotic welding, material handling, and assembly automation
- English and Spanish proficiency required
