Lead client bookkeeping with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis at RLB, with hybrid or in-office work available.

RLB seeks a Senior Bookkeeper for permanent, full time client engagements across Southern Ontario. You will manage full-cycle bookkeeping, support compliance, and build meaningful client relationships. The position suits someone with at least three years’ experience and interest in mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete full month-end close for assigned clients
- Prepare reconciliations, working papers, and supporting schedules
- Support HST/GST, payroll, and WSIB compliance activities
- Serve as primary contact for bookkeeping-related client matters
- Mentor junior staff and standardize bookkeeping processes

Requirements:

- Three years’ full-cycle bookkeeping experience minimum
- Experience posting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
- Financial statement preparation and analysis experience
- Comfort with QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar platforms
- Strong Excel, reporting, reconciliation, and scheduling skills
