Deliver accurate medication care as a Staff Pharmacist with Loblaw Companies Limited, using counselling and customer relations skills. Support Pharmacy customers through positive, proactive service.

Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, you will prepare, dispense, and control medications while meeting patient needs. The position includes counselling patients, managing inventory, resolving requests, and educating customers through public relations. You will also train Pharmacy colleagues and review dispensary costs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and promptly
- Counsel patients about current and additional medications
- Maintain inventory levels for medications and supplements
- Resolve patient needs and doctors’ requests promptly
- Train technicians, interns, students, and IPGs

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Class A Pharmacist license
- Superior customer relations and professionalism
- Leadership and performance management skills
- Communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
