As a Customer Service Representative, you will support AG Products and pre-engineered steel building systems throughout each order. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will coordinate projects, process customer requests, and connect Builders with internal Behlen Industries departments. Your work supports product delivery, customer satisfaction, sales initiatives, and the Reception team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Builders throughout orders from receipt through final delivery
- Process customer orders and requests accurately
- Coordinate projects and provide daily order support




- Liaise between Builders and internal Behlen departments
- Support Reception and initiatives increasing worldwide product sales

Requirements:

- Office Administration Diploma or related discipline
- Two to three years of related customer service experience
- AG, construction, or manufacturing industry experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency and robust communication skills
- Telephone etiquette, resourcefulness, organization, and adaptability under pressure
