- Ensure document correspondence with the referenced shipment
- Verify driver's documents upon his return to the terminal (document completed according to quality standards)
- Take customer requests for pickup received through different channels: telephone, email, edoc

- High school Diploma or equivalent experience
- Up to 2 years experiences in the transportation field
- Experience in Truckmate system
- Confortable in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
