Lead society-wide property management for Lookout Housing and Health Society in Vancouver Region, coordinating capital planning, maintenance, and emergency response.

The full-time permanent Property Manager oversees facilities, renovations, repairs, purchases, equipment, personnel, and standards. This position maintains centralized building records, updates the Capital Plan, and supports recent sites and facilities. Success requires organization, communication, supervision, and sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish building maintenance and quality assurance policies
- Create, manage, and implement Capital Plans
- Manage building purchases, quotes, work orders, and expenses
- Maintain records, blueprints, plans, and procedures




- Respond to emergencies through on-call coverage

Requirements:

- Two years related post-secondary education or five years property management experience
- Valid Class 5 Drivers’ Licence and own vehicle
- Criminal record clearance and regular records checks
- Excellent communication, organization, and supervisory skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook
