Serve commercial insurance clients from BFL CANADA’s Montreal office using bilingual communication, policy review, and account coordination skills. Hybrid work is available.

As a Client Service Representative within the Program Group, you will maintain and service a profitable book of business. You will address inquiries, coordinate documentation, and support assigned insurance programs. The position requires Professional Lines knowledge, accurate communication, and organized follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

- Address client inquiries about assigned insurance programs
- Respond to clients and underwriters by telephone and email
- Request and track missing information and policy documentation
- Review policy wordings for accuracy and completeness
- Manage monthly Bordereau and support EPIC invoicing

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of relevant industry experience
- AMF license required
- Strong French and English verbal and written communication
- Comprehensive Qualified Lines insurance knowledge
- Microsoft Office proficiency and strong organizational skills
