Reporting to the Associate Dean, this specialist supports faculty, sessional instructors, and staff at Northern Lights College. The work combines pedagogical guidance, technical support, cross-functional collaboration, and communities of practice. You will help advance consistent, accessible, technology-enabled learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise faculty on selecting and improving educational technologies
- Respond promptly to instructional technology inquiries
- Support D2L Brightspace, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
- Guide media development and authoring tool use




- Contribute to cross-functional teams and communities of practice

Requirements:

- Diploma in instructional design, educational technology, or related field
- Two years’ related instructional design or educational technology experience
- Knowledge of learning theories and course design
- Expertise with multimedia authoring applications and learning management systems
- Current and valid driver’s license
