This customer-focused specialist supports business-critical systems across retail, transportation, midstream, refining, and corporate operations. You will administer cloud-hosted and on-premises applications, assist users, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain integrations supporting fleet dispatch, maintenance, and tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide application support for HSE and transportation business systems
- Administer and troubleshoot cloud-hosted and on-premises applications
- Investigate incidents and resolve service requests

Requirements:

- Diploma, degree, or equivalent Information Technology experience
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications
- Microsoft SQL Server and data warehouse experience
- Knowledge of mobile device support and MDM deployment
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
