Execute visual merchandising plans and planograms as a Task Team Outfitter supporting Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s sales floors. Apply close attention to detail.

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, this role executes visual merchandising plans, planograms, and flyer or ad sets. Responsibilities include fixture replacement, signage updates, end caps, floor moves, mannequin dressing, and merchandise preparation. The role also supports resets, purges, replenishment, and customer assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support visual merchandising for assigned sales floor areas
- Execute resets and assist with merchandise purges
- Replenish, fold, repackage, sort, face, and hang merchandise
- Prepare merchandise for flyer and advertising sets
- Help customers locate merchandise and make buying decisions

Requirements:

- Two or more years of merchandising experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of merchandising experience preferred
- Close attention to detail, judgment, and logic
- Related field or outdoor lifestyle experience is valuable
