Automotive service advising at Westwood Honda requires customer communication and repair-service knowledge in a full time dealership position. Support vehicle owners throughout their service visits.

As an experienced Service Advisor, you will deliver transparent, high-quality service and repair support. You will build lasting relationships with internal and external clients while managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Previous automotive service advising experience is required, with Honda dealership and CDK experience considered assets. A valid BC Driver’s License is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers promptly and gather vehicle information
- Recommend, explain, and sell maintenance and repair services
- Complete accurate repair orders in the system




- Monitor vehicle progress and update customers frequently
- Explain completed work and charges clearly

Requirements:

- Previous experience in an Automotive Service Advisor role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Valid BC Driver’s License
