Support independence as a Personal Support Worker with ParaMed, providing compassionate daily living assistance in patients’ homes and communities. This is a full time position.

As part of ParaMed’s home and community care team, you will support patients in their residences and community settings. Your work includes personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and companionship. You will follow care plans, including special diets, while helping patients enjoy a better quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with skin, hair, oral, bathing, toileting, and peri-care
- Prepare nutritious meals, snacks, and special diets
- Complete basic housekeeping tasks for patients
- Provide companionship in homes and community settings
- Encourage independence through daily living assistance

Requirements:

- Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
- Compassionate and caring patient interactions
- Reliability and flexibility
- Valid driver license and vehicle access
- Explicit Vulnerable Sector Screen
