Lead accurate payroll processing at Kinectrics using ADP Workforce Now and supporting SAP systems. This role requires ownership of complex payroll for 500-plus employees.

Reporting to the Manager of Payroll and HR Services, the Senior Payroll Specialist leads the payroll function with full ownership. You will review bi-weekly and monthly payrolls, maintain employee data, and produce workforce reports. The position also supports reconciliations, audits, systems upgrades, and HR process documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process payroll accurately and on schedule
- Review bi-weekly and monthly payrolls
- Maintain employee data in ADP Workforce Now and SAP
- Prepare reports, analytics, and HR dashboards
- Support reconciliations, audits, and year-end documentation

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years leading payroll with full ownership
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Mandatory ADP Workforce Now knowledge
- Payroll processing experience for 500-plus employees
- Complex payroll expertise and solid organizational skills
