Advise members on lending, investments, and daily banking as a Relationship Manager with Coast Capital Savings in an office branch setting.

This full time regular position serves as Coast Capital’s branch ambassador and trusted financial adviser. You will identify credit and investment opportunities, support current member acquisition, and deepen existing relationships through personalized advice. Training begins at Grandview Corners Branch before permanent assignment to a Surrey branch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand members’ needs through thoughtful questions and conversations
- Match banking, lending, and investment options to customer needs
- Refer insurance, complex investment, and small business needs




- Conduct Where You’re at Money Chats with customers
- Support member acquisition and deepen existing relationships

Requirements:

- Five years’ customer experience in a bank or credit union
- CFSA, PFP, CFP, or QAFP designation pathway
- Post-secondary education in finance, business, or related field
- Investment Funds in Canada qualification
- Understanding of banking, investment, and lending products
