Use outbound communication and claims processing skills as a Service Centre Outbound Specialist working onsite in Toronto, Ontario. Support clients through employment-focused outreach.

This full time, six-month fixed-term position sits within the Claims Team at WCG’s Employment Ontario program. You will contact clients by phone, text, and email while verifying information, processing claims, and supporting service delivery. The work requires accurate documentation, confidentiality, and collaboration with internal teams and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach by phone, text, and email
- Verify and update client employment information and outcomes
- Process client and employer financial support claims




- Maintain compliant records of client interactions and activities
- Support operational initiatives, reporting, and targeted outreach

Requirements:

- Two to three years’ experience in a similar service-oriented role
- Strong auditing and data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Accuracy, organization, and effective time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and composure under pressure
