Serve clients through French and English customer service as a Home and Auto Insurance Broker in Training at Vienneau Insurance.

No previous insurance experience is required for this training opportunity. You will identify insurance needs, recommend products, and build client relationships while supporting Vienneau Insurance’s Shediac office. Daily contact is primarily by telephone, email, and direct messages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify individual insurance needs and make recommendations
- Handle client and prospective-client calls, emails, and direct messages
- Build and maintain relationships with recent and existing clients
- Keep current with insurance product developments
- Guide clients through the insurance claims process

Requirements:

- Bilingual French and English, written and spoken
- High-school or post-secondary education
- Willingness and ability to pass insurance licensing courses
- Clean criminal record for licensing eligibility
- Reasonable commuting distance from the Shediac office
